On July 22, seafood lovers are invited to spend their Sunday afternoon like a true Hunan local, on the outdoor patio at Kendall Square’s Sumiao Hunan Kitchen relishing in the province’s most classic street food, crawfish and Chinese beer. Sumiao’s first-ever Crawfish & Beer Festival will bring one of the most beloved summer traditions from Hunan to it’s backyard in Cambridge.
Tickets for the Hunan Crawfish & Beer Festival are $30 per person and will include three pounds of fresh caught mala crawfish, being served up on the patio from an interactive cooking station helmed by Sumiao’s chef. Tickets will also include a complimentary beer or mocktail.
