Community Meeting: Sullivan Courthouse Redevelopment

Description

As part of the Sullivan Courthouse redevelopment, we are currently pursuing a public process to bid for the long-term lease of 420 parking spaces in the First Street Municipal Garage. Tied to this pursuit, we are committed to programming the Garage’s currently vacant space fronting First Street with a retail grocery use. We want this retail to be responsive to the neighborhood’s needs. That’s why we have brought on Jesse Baerkahn and his team at Graffito, creative thoughtful minds behind many of Kendall Square and wider Cambridge’s exciting new retail venues.
